Having good infrastructure and well spacious facility helps to serve better but poor patient satisfaction rates and below average online ratings are greatest weakness which they have to modify. Many patients are not fully aware of their illness, proven diagnosis, prescribed medications and common side effects of those medications. Even though CLRMC has clear brochure to explain the available facilities, patent rights and side effects of common drugs, we think extending patient interaction time with doctors or nurses and availability of physicians with patients may improve satisfaction
