These are important aspects in life that should be positively managed to keep a positive job performance. Positive work performance should begin in school and should be learned over time. Engagement in classroom discussions influences positive engagement in the workplace by allowing the individual to be more social and attentive when put in the environment, and to also makes the environment a great place to work. The first thing everyone learns is listening and acknowledging what you have learned which is used in any setting. Completion of assignments increases your grade in school and your future work performance, which are small accomplishments to an even bigger accomplishment (goal). At the point when an individual is taught to finish and turn in all assignments on the right due date they create great work qualities. Students become more engaged in lessons when he/ she is interested. Using the previous example about my small teachers excitement to use the chromebook showed his level of motivation. Also during this lesson, he was very interested in watching the videos their teacher allowed them to watch.
The idea of inclusion or mainstreaming has been around the education community for a long time. Both of these ideas involve including students with learning disabilities in regular classrooms to be taught by regular teachers rather than special education teachers. The difference between the two is that inclusion allows for a learning disabled student to be in a classroom for the majority of their day and mainstreaming allows or a learning disabled student to be in a regular classroom for a set amount of time if they have shown that they (the special needs student) can keep the same pace as the students in the regular classroom. Both inclusion and mainstreaming that include special needs students in regular classrooms could easily be modified to help students without learning disabilities to excel at their education. Including students from a lower class level in a higher-class level could benefit both the higher level students as well as the visiting students.

After watching this video several times, I observed the teach demonstrating some of Danielson's guidelines. One of which includes 3a communicating with students. Throughout her lesson, the teacher constantly asks the class questions and gets a dialogue going between her and her students. To go along with that, 3b is also used for using questions along with discussion techniques. Engaging students in learning is also used by the teacher. This is shown by having the students get up and move in order to find a partner. After each student found a partner, they were supposed to read the chapter with each other. Education mean something different for everyone. Because of this, people have different views for the purpose of education. For some education can be very important and for others no so much. However, education is still present in some ways. Education is used for many things like advancing in the work place and helping out country compete against other countries. The role that education plays in improving the lives of students is by creating democratic citizens; this happens by promoting imagination and the desire to care in classrooms.
Employee engagement, a term devised by Gallup research group, is viewed as an important management tool for any company who wants to be an effective and productive organization. Researches have shown that employee can contribute positively to the organization vision and goal when a company engage them effectively. The employee will also feel more passionate about their work and have a sense of belonging.
In order to be an effective teacher there needs to be an understanding that we all learn differently, this means that no single teaching strategy is effective for all students/learners all the time. This makes teaching a complex process because you need to understand and meet the requirements of all of your learners. Students learn best when they aren’t asked to simply memorise information but when they form their own understandings of what is being taught. When a student has successfully learnt a new idea they are able to then intergrate this information with their previously learnt information and make sense of it. To be an effective teacher you need to work jointly with students to asses where they are at, be able to give feedback on how the student is going and ensure that they are understanding the lesson (Killen, 2013) According to Lovat and Smith (2003) students learning must result in a change in a student’s understanding of the information being taught. In order to show understanding they must be able to share this information with others and want to learn more (Killen, 2013). In order to have a deeper understanding of what is being taught they need to be aware of the relationship that exists between what they knew previously and the new information that is being learned (Killen, 2013).. Students need to be given goals that they can achieve in order to feel a sense of mastery over their own learning, this gives students motivation that they are able to complete tasks and to keep going.
Also, the academically stronger students can increase the incentive of the weaker students to work harder. Seeing the academically stronger students getting good results, the weaker students will probably follow their examples and start to work harder too.
In order to perform at the highest level, an employee must be motivated and have a strong combination of declarative and procedural knowledge. If an employee significantly lacks any of these performance determinants, the manager must address the issue through the most appropriate performance management approach.
