In order to achieve the desired organizational goals, organizations and companies should be managed properly by good and qualified managers. Mr. Deaibes has received many rewards for being a good manager. For example, Consolidated Suppliers got an award for giving satisfactory results for the customers, as well as letters of appreciation for the hard work. Do not forget a good manager faces many challenges in work. The manager is responsible of motivating the employees and helping them achieve the best possible outcome they can. The first approach is the classical approach; this approach is divided into two: Scientific management, which focuses on matching people and tasks to minimize efficiency, and administrative management, which focuses on how to create a design suitable and most efficient for the organization. The classical approach can be also called a bureaucracy. Moving on to the second approach, which is the Behavioral management, which is basically the belief that people working in the company or organization are the most important. If we manage the workers in a good and decent way this increases and improves the productivity of the workers. Thirdly comes the management science theory (Contemporary approach), which talks about the statistics and quality. This approach also uses quantitative techniques to help managers make maximum use of resources. Finally, comes the contemporary approach, which is the belief that there is always something wrong in managing. Deaibes, when it comes to Consolidated Suppliers the approach that is mostly used is the behavioral management approach because the manager is encouraged to be friendly and close with their subordinates, so they will be able to be motivated to work efficiently and more productive to achieve the organizational goals. Now, how do workers work efficiently? Mr. Deaibes mentioned that to achieve efficiency and effectiveness is mainly by setting policies and procedures in the company. He also mentioned that both efficiency and effectiveness are equally important so there is no such thing as one being more important than the other. Moreover, Mr. Deaibes stated that to make sure the company is achieving both efficiency and effectiveness, one must make sure the company’s goals are being achieved and customer satisfaction is being attained. Mr. Daoud stated that Total Quality Management is taken very seriously in the company. Total Quality Management has many different definitions, but one definition that seems to correctly portray what it is was, was stated by Hellsten and Klefsjö (2000), who define TQM as:
