As part of society there is many religions and worldviews, every person has their own values and lives their life according to those values and that is their world view. A world view is a vision of life and also a way of life (Valk, 2012). One religion is Christianity. The Christian worldview is more than just a belief system, it is a view or framework on how to see the entire world. Within the religion of Christianity there is certain elements that make up the religion itself. God, humanity, Jesus, and restoration are some of the beliefs parts that create the backbone Christian worldview. Without one there will not be the other, each of the four main concepts are approached and précised in the following passages.

The Christian religion is the call of humans to nature, to guide and direct the unfolding of human creativity and the potential for the good of all and the protection of the earth (Valk, 2012). In the Christian worldview God calls upon man to live accordingly to the teachings done by Jesus when he was here with man. Jesus taught man that we should love our neighbors, to love one another like he had loved us (John 13:34). A good solution to human problems is love, love is outlined throughout the Bible of how important love is to humanity. Faith in God, and grace play a role in the salvation of Christianity; God and his grace allows man to live and work for salvation. Through the work of salvation man contributes to the solution of love towards the problems that face today’s society. In the Bible, Exodus 20:12-17 God asks for those who follow him to not lie, steal, murder, or even disrespect others. This request from God gives Christians the purpose to live and help make a safe environment for those around them. Christians are taught to hold value to spiritual meaning as opposed to value materialistic things. This spiritual meaning can give a better reward eternally than the worldly possessions that some of man hold dear. Although there is many Christians in society, there is those who do not believe in Christianity. The reason this is they see “Christians” that are not upholding the teachings to Jesus and following the word of God. Witnessing this, creates doubt about the Christian worldview. For others they can find it hard to believe in Christianity for the fact that God cannot be seen, or touched creating the idea of myth. It can often be hard for some to believe in something they cannot see, so some follow their leader and their leaders’ word in Church more rather than following God and his word. In the same sense, some people may have doubt in Christianity and in the word of god because of stories they hear of priests being accused of sexual misconducts with children in the church. The doubt comes stemming from the idea that if this man is a follower of God and he is doing such sins then there really isn’t a word
