Return to Antioch; Acts 14:21-28 o The Gospel is Preached at Perga in Pamphylia Paul and Barnabas preached to people in Derbe and many became disciples ready to preach the word of God. They also went back to Lystra, Iconium and Psidia so as to strengthen their followers. Their persistence demonstrates that in order for the gospel to spread, Gods disciples must face hardships and rejections . Despite this, it is crucial they cast all their fears to God so they go on a selfless mission. After Psidia they went to Pamphylia and they preached in Perga.

Reflection The people at the Amazing grace show a tremendous devotion to the church and the whole service and it was a beautiful service with a positive message as some of the songs sung were composed by teenagers and they send a message to everyone to change Malaysia for the better, make it a place with one race and no discrimination. It is encouraging for everyone when teenagers are doing something positive with their lives and talent and are devoted and dedicating their lives to the Lord so that they too may be saved during the second coming of Jesus as they believe he will and that his coming is very near.
Jesus came down to Earth from heaven even though he did not have to and died for every single person’s sins. The Gospel deepens our Christian faith and life in numerous ways. The Gospel offers instruction on how to live righteously, guides us to who we are destined to be, gives us teaching on how we can share Christ with others, and teaches us to pray and grow our relationship with Christ. In NT Wrights explanation of what is the Gospel, he explains that the world and culture is constantly changing. He is saying in order to understand the truths of the world; we must personally go seek for them.
We saw a church that is centered on Jesus. We saw the body of Christ. “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end the age” (Matthew 28:19-20). We saw disciples eager to make disciples.

Jesus proclaimed the Kingdom of God by His words (parables), actions, and deeds. While Jesus shared his stories, he always invited all people to repent and follow him.
The followers devoted themselves to the teachings of the apostles and communal life. Everyone would meet up and they would break bread with each other. 2. The author of the Acts of the Apostles is Luke the Evangelist. Luke saw the church and everything that was going on it as the work of the Holy Spirit and that he was enlivening the people to do the things they are doing and working through people such as Paul, John, and others of the Early Church.
God is GREAT! “No matter the size of your problem or need, God is greater” (Roberts 183). When we accepted Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior, we became God’s “little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” (BibleGateway). A great peace and joy came over me while reading Roberts words: “God has more people for you to reach with a message that God loves, God heals, God is the Source of every person’s total supply, and God sent His only begotten Son so that any person who believes in Him might be forgiven of sin and live with God for all eternity” (Roberts 163). This is only the beginning; God wants us to reach every person no matter their race, religion, culture or creed with His good news.
Worship, revitalizes and restores spiritual health and emotional balance. Secondly, Christ left the responsibility of sharing the gospel in the hands of His disciples. Jesus was clear that his disciples had a job to do ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age’” Matt.
Jesus Christ- The Hope Of All Nations Jesus Christ was the light that came to earth to brighten the lives of the people. He taught phenomenal and meaningful lessons that changed many hearts and caused people to accept Jesus as their Lord. Jesus Christ is the life of Christianity; the Word of God in flesh. His life, his ministry, and his crucifixion where prophesied long before he was born and Christians believe that they were all fulfilled. He had so much love for human kind that he came to earth to die for the sins of the people, so that their souls would be able to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
The life Jesus lived was a perfect pattern to be followed. He worshipped God in word and deed. And in every way lived a life that pleased God the Father. He was one with God, obedient to God, loved others perfectly, and became a literal sacrifice on the cross. No one on the face of the earth was more intimate with the Creator God than His Son Jesus.
