Writing

Chinese writing is a lot different to Australian writing. When Chinese people write they write the like the shape of the thing, for example when they write mountain it looks like a mountain. Along time ago Chinese people wrote in turtle shells, bamboo sticks and now paper. In Australia we use to draw pictures on the wall. Paper was discovered 613 years ago. In those times people had white doves to send messages to other people. The reason why they used white doves was because they said that white doves where the smartest. A man called Jess rollor was the person who discovered paper. In China people had to write on turtle shells. It was a very hard because if you got one line or one letter wrong you would have to restart everything. In those days they didn’t have paper, ink or lead they only had rocks, turtle shells or nothing. In Australia we had rusty paper or we had to draw on the walls with rock paint. In the olden Australian days people made their own paint with bricks or rocks. Some people bought paint but in those days paint was really expensive. In China, after turtle shells were bamboo sticks. People would tie bamboo sticks together and write on them with rocks.
