David Hicks was a 34 year old black male. He was on death row in Texas from December of 1987 to April of 1988, sentenced to die by lethal injection for rape and murder, on April 25th 1988, of his 87-year-old grandmother, Ms. Ocolor Heggar. David was only a suspect because he was near her house at the time of the crime. There was no indication that he had been inside¡Xexcept, for DNA evidence. The DNA test determined that similarities between sections of DNA removed from David¡¦s blood and DNA recovered from semen in Ms. Heggar¡¦s house would occur only one time in a total of 96 million people.
I’m going to teach you how to make the best Mac and Cheese. First, I get a medium-sized saucepan and fill it three-fourths of the way with water that only comes from a natural spring, and put it over high heat. Then, place a nice steel colander in the sink to drain the cooked noodles with later. Next, I get out my white, plastic measuring spoons, liquid measuring cups, a relatively sized bowl for my meal, and a regular metal stirring spoon, which I will use as my eating utensil after I complete the recipe. To begin, I add a pinch of table salt to the water and bring it to a boil while also getting out the necessary ingredients. From the pantry, I have a sixteen ounce bag of H-E-B brand Elbow Macaroni noodles, an eight ounce bottle of Kraft one hundred percent Grated Parmesan Cheese, and an eight ounce can of Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning. While from the fridge, I have a fifteen ounce container of H-E-B Salted Sweet Cream Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, a sixteen ounce carton of H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream, one quart bottle of H-E-B Whole Milk, and an eight pack of H-E-B American Cheese Slices.

Wow! Haven’t you heard? Cucumbers contain a certain ingredient that killed several people and made others very ill! Here is some more information on the latest scoop. The cucumber contains salmonella, which is known as food poisoning. This can be very dangerous, and it was! Salmonella is a bacteria that occurs mainly in the intestine, which causes food poisoning. There were 341 ill in 30 states, including the two deaths in California and Texas. Scary right? This shows how vulnerable you are to get food poisoning from cucumbers just as much as everyone else. Another event for UGC battle is our annual SPELLING BEE!!!!! It will be 7pm Monday October 24th at SAC Auditorium. You must sign up at the link below if you want to participate. This is like a normal spelling bee contest in high school, and you can win UGC points for spelling words! Your attendance will also be counts for point. It will have a swipe out at the end and the UGC with most student will earn an additional 25points.
At times I think what is more important in life, to achieve a goal, or to live the journey? My mind is still confused at this topic, but I’d say that dreams are important too, they give you sense of satisfaction. I understood that both the journey and the dream is important, but the end result of the journey is unknown, the dream might or may not come true. Thus making most of our journey is more important. But, the journey often makes us deviate from our dreams and we may end up not achieving our goals at all. This is that one problem, most of us here, knowingly or unknowingly face. And my solution for this is that, I look at my dream, imagine it, cherish it and live it,
