Childbirth, what an experience that was! It is almost impossible to explain it to somebody when we all have different outlooks on the whole "birthing" part. I am so incredibly grateful to have done this twice in two whole different ways; even my body is still in shock from it all. Let me first introduce you to how Bailie and Khloe came into the world.

At 18 years old I was young but so in love and ready to meet my baby girl. So ready in fact I insisted the doctors to give me an induction at 3cm so we could get miss Bailie out and into the world; they accepted. A couple days later I headed to Inland Valley Hospital with my mother and Aunt by my side and 28 hours of hard back labor we had a healthy 7lb 13oz baby girl! when they say labor they mean it. As stubborn as that little girl is now, she was the same way in my stomach. She was never ready to come out! I was over a week past my due date, not dilated one bit with no signs of labor we had done a stress test and she was as comfy as ever! The doctor had measured Khloe out to be 8lbs 13oz and said Khloe would be better off not having a stressful birth so we opted for a Cesarean the next day. The morning of April 9, 2014 my mother in law had accompanied me to the hospital. Prepped and ready to go, we made our way in the operating room to welcome a beautiful baby girl at 7lbs and 5oz. The labor was different not being able to move with doctors and nurses everywhere working on surgically removing Khloe while I was still awake and conscious. But hearing her cry, seeing her face on the other side of the curtain, and to smell the newborn smell on my second baby girl was worth it all over
