Who Is God? What Are His Traits?
Who is God? What are some of His traits? These are some of the key questions that need to be answered in order to be able to answer the question why He tests us and how he does it. This paper is specifically going to discuss God, according to the Islamic (Allah) and the Christian faith. There are specific traits that explain the presence of God. Most of the traits are based on human understanding. The following are some of the traits and characters that show the presence of God.
God is knowable. He is the creator of anything that man can see in the world. He knows everyone and everything he created. His creation is unique and cannot be compared to anything or anyone in the whole world. God is omnipotent (all-powerful) …show more content…

The immortality f God cannot be compared to any human being who is mortal and also a creation of God Himself. He has lived forever to see the start of everything and the end of everything in the whole world.
God is approachable. He gives us the chance to talk to Him through prayers (also known as Swalla, in the Islamic faith).God does not demand that we talk to Him because we are holy, theoretical or even polite. It is his nature to be loving and accepting people when we go to Him.it is stated that in the bible that, "The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth." (Psalms 145:18)
God is forgiving and always makes peace with his people. He is not much demanding and usually gives choice to the people to choose their lives while they live in the world.in the Noble Quran, it’s stated that “And it is He Who has made you generations after generations, replacing each other on the earth. And He has raised you in ranks – some above others – that He may test you in that which He has bestowed on you. This trait is against human kind that is full of lies and selfishness. God gives a clear explanation about Himself in the Holy books such as the Holy Quran and the Holy Bible. God is full of accuracy in what he says and does. We can take up on God’s promises. This, He has promised in the holy books. "The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple. Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."
