Tangerine, written by Edward Bloor. This sorry is full of choices and consequences to the choices made. Paul and his brother don't have the best relationship you can say. Paul Fisher is a Tangerine middle schooler. He has made a lot of choices in the story. He has all consequences to all the choices made in the story. Paul did both positive and negative choices that he has made in the story. It's difficult because he has an eye disability. He's is not treated the same. His appearance throughout the story really doesn't change. He wears thick glasses like always. He looks nerdy all the story. Since he moved to Tangerine the place he wants to be a goalie. He gets an I.E.P because he has had an eye disability since he was a child. Paul has had the eye disability for long, he wants to find list the real reason he got blind. He knows that seeing the eclipse without protection wasn't the reason for anything. He knew all of that didn't happen because he didn't remember one single thing that happened on that event. Throughout the novel he is trying to figure out a lot of things about his family. All throughout the novel Paul makes a lot of choices and all those choices have a consequence. He decides that he wants to be in the soccer team at Lake Windsor. He was actually doing what he really wanted to do but his disability had taken him off the team. He also is always getting flashbacks and seeing how the bad memories haven't heft him and how Erik isn't a good influence. He decides to help out the kids that were involved in the sink hole. He finally decided to move to Tangerine County. On his first day of school at Tangerine Middle School he meets a girl named Theresa te asks her if it was poss... ... middle of paper ... ...cast he doesn't fit in. Paul goes to join the soccer team at Lake Windsor Middle school, they accepted him. Paul's mother goes to talk to Paul's principle to talk to her about Paul's eye disability. After all of that had happened Paul was called up and gave and I.E.P. When he went back with his soccer coach he talked to him about his eye problem and Paul wasn't part of the team anymore. Paul didn't have a team anymore so that made him feel more alone. Throughout the whole novel Paul's thoughts change. He decides to move to Tangerine so that he can have a chance to play the sport he actually does want to play. Paul made a lot of choices in the novel. Some choices were good like moving to Tangerine. Even though he had to start all over. For example he had to make new friends. Also he had to start meeting new people. All choices have consequences.
