Chapada dos Veadeiros is one of the most beautiful places in Brazil. This park was created in 1961 by Juscelino Kubitscheck, president at the time. Is in central Brazilian state of Goias. But now this beautiful places is suffering because the fire. The fire started on October, 17. A fire already destroyed almost a quarter of the protected area.About 54,000 hectares (130,000 acres) have been razed by the fire so far, according to officials. This fire has so far destroyed at least 22% of the total area. They suspected this fire could be suspected arson. According the park’s director, Fernando Tatagiba, he suspected arson could be the reason of the fire. Some people are helping to end the fire, like volunteer. More than a hundred fighting
