Two of the Most Important Challenges Facing Bloomfield Public Schools As a teacher in the classroom it is difficult to draft ideas and action plans to connect and collaborate with the community and one’s colleagues at the work place. In theory, making time to connect with others is logical, highly informational, and effective in regards to teaching practice. The amount of stress and anxiety that is familiar to educators nowadays is something uniting many teachers everywhere; however, not many teachers have the leadership to rediscover what makes them truly great educators. This is why it depends on the following: renewed collaboration, positive communication, and purposeful action to blend with a balanced amount of teamwork and leadership, so that teachers can see they have great resources surrounding them: themselves and one another.
