The center column was the first part of the packed tower, put up it is fill with plastic, it was held up by plastic able ties. The water and air packed towers, filled with resin beads inside of them, held up with plastic cable ties. The air packed column was connected to the center packed column with medium length nipple and an elbow joint connected a copper pipe to a thin silicon pipe. At the same time a silicon pipe, attached to the air packed column, was connected to the air valve, and with a small nipple a control valve and flowmeter are attached. Then a small nipple attached to the flowmeter is connected to the pressure gauges where attached to the air packed tower. The center column had two thick silicone pipes each connected to an elbow joint, the elbow joints were each then connected to a small nipple, the two nipples connected to a t-shaped joint. The t-shaped joint was connected to a nipple that was later connected to a union. The union had a small nipple attached, the nipple was then also attached to an elbow joint, the elbow joint connected with a long copper rod. The copper rod was attached to an elbow joint, the elbow joint was attached to a nipple, which was attached to another elbow joint, to a nipple that was attached to the top of water packed column. …show more content…

The open nipple end of the union was attached to a t-shaped joint, one end of the left side of the t-shaped joint was connected to a shut-off valve by a nipple, and a silicon pipe, to release excess water, by a small nipple. At the bottom of the t-shaped joint a flow meter gauge was attached, along with a flow meter and control valve below by two small nipples connecting them. The small nipple is connected to a long nipple attached to a silicon pipe to the water valve. The pressure gauges were then attached to the water packed
