The Boy Who Lost His Face is about a boy who stole an elderly woman’s cane, and it was banned, but I do not believe that it should be banned. The book is young children literature. The book is about a boy named David who is trying to be in a group of cool kids so he has to steal a cane. He steals the cane but is not accepted into the group. He becomes an outcast and he is picked on. He chooses to fight to get the cane back and his dignity.
