Cell phones have become an essential tool in our everyday life. They were first introduced in 1973. Now they have become more advanced and sophisticated in every way possible. They are so many different types and brands to choose from. Everywhere you go you will see someone who has a cell phone. It seems like if everyone you know has a cellphone. You see people using cell phones either by talking on them or texting through them. An issue has come up whether they should be allowed to be used while people are driving. There have been many state laws that have come up to ban the use of cell phones while driving. In some states it is already outlawed. This has come up due to many accidents being caused by the use of these devices. I believe that cell phones should not be allowed to be used while driving.
