A mission statement, at its simplest, is a company 's reason for doing business. It is a statement letting its customers, shareholders, and employees know why the company exists. The mission of CC 's Coffee shop is simple: "Our mission is to serve everyone better than anyone else." From their website, it is apparent that they are successful in fulfilling that mission.
