Medical profession is demanding profession which is emotionally and physically a very hectic profession. A doctor has very hectic routine. They have to work for long and irregular hours. They have work life balance issues have to deal with time constraints. Dynamic and complex medical workplace environment creates problems for their families and partners. Doctors have pressure on them due to working conditions of medical workplace. According to influential physician only few doctors were happy and satisfied and happy in their lives. Workload or work-family conflicts act as cause of dissatisfaction or unhappiness with the profession, which in turn cause job burnout. Maslach Burnout Inventory was developed as a measurement of burnout by Maslach and her colleague Jackson which consisted of three elements emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment.
Burnout is also defined as “an experience of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by long-term involvement in situations that are emotionally demanding.” (Mateen FJ, 2009).

Time restrains faced by young doctors with utter pressures as well as their incomes and requirements for completion of assigned tasks are main antecedents of burnout.. (Simpsons, 1991)
Significance of burnout has been highlighted by many researchers. Deterred relationship and working environment are two main factors for causing work load in medical field.
Prevalent and damaging effects of burnout in medical field have make recent studies to focus on impact of the very health of doctors and associated professions like male and female nurses and administration. Sometimes burnout acts as a barrier to physician’s personal health, his motivation, personality growth and his consistency with achieving goals. This barrier increases the chances of turnover intention in staff indicating withdrawal behavior and low focus of attention on job. (Khuwaja, 2004) With 0.2% spending of government in the sector, public hospitals are a center of high wok overload and occupational stress due to ineffective management, lengthy night shifts, uncooperative staff, colleague relationships, financial statues, unrealistic job descriptions and other causes.
