Service: an effective leader humbles them self to be of service to their team. They must have and feel the supported. The leader must readily offer the tools needed to do their jobs well. It is also rewarding to be recognized for their efforts. That is all part of a leadership which serves the team, and not the opposite.
Being in a leadership role pushes a person to be a good role model, make decisions, be fair and reliable, and to have integrity. One of the most important qualities, though, is to have commitment. If you expect your team to work hard and attain success, you will have to lead by example. There is no greater incentive than seeing the person in charge working right alongside everyone else, where the work is being done on every level. By proving your commitment to the overall goals and to your own role, you will not only earn the respect and admiration of your team, but you will also encourage that same hardworking energy among your staff.
Improving: Leaders who are loyal to their organizations want to invest time and effort to improve their teams. They focus on learning and improvement for the organization. They are proactive in envisioning, adapting, and leading change. Success through team work is also an important principle discussed. In order to be an effect team you must have trust, communication, loyalty, selfless service, respect, and discipline.

Employers will always want hard-working employees, as the company as a whole will benefit and have the best outcomes. At John Lewis, teamwork would be a quality that is essential, as there would be many tasks that would require good teamwork. To have good team work qualities, you would have to have nice personal qualities, so people will find it easy to get along with you. This links in with the co-operation skills. It is imperative that you get along with your colleagues, to have a good working environment.
Feeling fulfill at work is about being part of a team, working together and build up each other’s strength, helping each other in a meaningful way and doing the job that one loves. According to Simon Sinek, “The feeling of Fulfillment is when one puts themselves at risk so that others may prevail; the feeling of fulfillment comes from doing something for another, it also comes from the exertion of time and energy for someone else, when we do good for other, it inspires others to do good for others” Simon Sinek: Love Your Work. (n..d.). We feel happy and active when we are involved in work and relationships that have a sense of meaning for us as human beings. Some individuals originate or develop the meaning from rewarding work that has an
