My paper starts here. The author is going to rewrite the interview that was conducted with Harkin A. for the purpose of collecting information to gain the perception of her answers to some of the questions connected to her personal awareness concerning, professional identity and stewardship. It was a great honor to have interviewed Harkin A., an RN case manager working at a local hospital who is also a health care team member. Although she is new to her job, she is a very smart nurse who can get used to things quickly. As a result, she has really learnt a lot about a whole new side to nursing in the short time. The heath care staff understands her role and responsibilities in the health care. As stated "the fundamental ethics in professionalism is comprehensive duties and responsibilities" (Harrion, 2001). "The interviewee views professionalism as doing her job to the best of her ability and being competent in what she does" (A. Harkin, personal communication, September 28, 2016). She accepted that she is new at her job so, there are some things she felt she does not know, for that, she seeks for help when the need arises because she does not want to promise a patient for something that she cannot do which would make her not honest with her patient and that is not a fair thing to do in the health care setting.
