In June 24, 2016, an establishment know as Molida shipping agency was setup in American Samoa to serve as an agency for Matson Inc. I was approached by one of the family members whom I 've known for a long time to work for the local agency. The usual process (as I thought was expected of me) was conducted in a professional manner. In mid August of 2016, I submitted my resume and on the same day I was given the job. A few concerns were raised by myself in respect to the new establishment as to what is expected of me. My first alarming thought was "I know nothing about shipping agency", however, it did not seem to matter in this point of the hiring process.
