The first crucial factor is competitors who are the traditional hotels and the online-renting service websites. Airbnb should study from its competitors in order to adapt and improve the services and facilities to respond the customer satisfaction. Moreover, Airbnb provides more experience as travelers are local people (Atkinson, 2016) and it competes with hotels and hostels in terms of local tips, authenticity, personality, conversation and surprise (Guesty, 2014). On the other hand, Stayz is another online-renting service websites as Airbnb, and it is trying to compete with Airbnb in terms of proposal by focusing on renting out the entire homes rather than shared spaces in order to make a different from Airbnb (Freed, …show more content…

Moreover, the information, such as photos and address should be uploaded by Airbnb.

In terms of customer reviews, Airbnb should show all positive and negative reviews in order to show respect and trust to the customers who are looking for the Airbnb rental.

Advantage: useful for customers in terms of receiving the real information on the Airbnb website that is posted by Airbnb official, and these will influence customers to the decision-making. Moreover, customers can see all reviews and feedbacks which are positive and negative from the previous customers.
Disadvantage: extra cost in terms of employing staff for inspecting every accommodation.

4.2 Providing the standard safety and security for the users
In this case, safety and security are the important factors but a lot of travelers ignore them. Airbnb should create the standard check list platform in terms of safety and security in order to make sure that the Airbnb hosts are within the internationally
