I would like to thank Salish Kootenai College for giving me the wonderful opportunity of applying for STEM academy. If somebody had told me that I would be applying for college classes as a sophomore, I would not have believed them. My parents have always told me that when an opportunity comes, you should take it, and I do not plan on letting this experience go to waste. Education has been a big part of my life, and this academy can only help me move forward. That being said, here are a few reasons why I should be considered a candidate for the STEM academy. Joining the STEM academy will allow me to further my knowledge and help me to get closer to my goals, my academic career would flourish, and I would be closer to my ambition for my future. I am determined to become the best and most educated version of myself that I can possibly be.
Do you have what it takes to be a qualified candidate?Elective officials also known as candidate have a very important role in society.The president started off as a candidate and he is a important person to the U.S because he runs everything that protects us and keep the country from going down hill.He has been dealing with terrorism and more ,and that is a lot of work for one man to do but he still does it.That also includes passing laws to prevention of terrorist attacks.Along with all that comes great responsibility.A good candidate is well-educated, able to make good decisions,and possesses strong leadership qualities.
First of all, I want to go to the same school with my brother. Being twins, I feel like a half piece of me is in California and another half in Massachusetts. It is not normal for twins to be separated, they should be together. Phillip and I have been so close growing up. He is my best friend. I miss my brother a lot because he lives 2,987.1 miles away. Thanksgiving Breaks and Christmas Breaks are precious to me because I get to enjoy time with my twin brother. It pains me to wave goodbye to Phillip at the airport because I will not see him for another 2 or so months. I know that my brother feels alone on plane rides and I think I can change that by going to Deerfield with him. In addition, it is also frustrating to my parents because of the long-distance separation. During the parent weekend, my mom took care of me while my dad visited my brother. It would be easier for my parents if we both went to Deerfield. From my brother, I heard a lot about Deerfield’s awesome education environment, athletics and the diverse friends he has made. I believe that I can also excel in Deerfield’s classes, athletics, clubs and be able to contribute greatly to Deerfield community.

After high school, I plan to go to Oklahoma and attend Tulsa Welding School and work as well too. I will graduate within seven months or less depend on my knowledge of Welding. When I finish graduating from Tulsa Welding School I'll be working in the Welding Field or Pipeline Field. This will help me pay for some of my college funds and start my career. Within the five years of graduation, May 18, 2017, I'll be working as a Welder somewhere in Little Rock, Arkansas. I have heard they do pay well to those who have experience in the field of welding. If I could in the five years also have another job or go back to school and also have a certification for Nursing as my second job and help others.

In order to pursue a career in the automotive field, it’s important to use information to complete tasks that are given when either working on or repairing a motor vehicle. The main job of an auto technician is to inspect and take care of vehicles such as cars and trucks. Being an automotive technician is a job for people who are not afraid of putting themselves at risk or getting a little messy to keep people safe from malfunctioning cars. It’s the mechanic’s job to make sure that these customers are happy with the results of repair. This career is perfect for me because I can be a risk taker and I’m not afraid to get injured to get a job done. I am very passionate about working as a mechanic because I feel like I’m actually doing something
In conclusion, I read several reviews provided on the InDeed.com job research website. Many of the reviews were positive that contained honest feedback in how they felt about their job and the values/culture created at their particular store. Culture is created in how we work with the ethics provided at our positions. If successful, it emulates throughout the entire workforce. There is bound to be a few “bad eggs”, but that is pretty typical, as we do not live in a perfect world.

AJ Hackett deal with complains efficiently by talking to their client face to face if they have a problem and they offer a refund or another jump. If they have left the site they will email their client and offer the same product or refund. AJ Hackett has appraisals 30, 60 and 90 days into the employees trail, then 6 months later and then every year they will do an appraisal. I think that AJ Hackett would be a great company to work for because they look after their staff really well and they offer some great rewards for working for the company. One of the biggest Health and Safety hazards on site is the staircase because it is designed to look like a bungee cord bouncing back, this is due to customers getting distracted looking around and not focusing on walking down the staircase and they end up tripping or falling
