123 Words1 Page

In The Gospel of Wealth (1889), Carnegie says that the problem of our age is the proper administering of wealth. The uneven distribution of wealth among the rich and poor is a consequence of the problem of our age. This is a natural phenomenon according to Carnegie because society always produces a group of people who are superior to others in terms of social, economic and political aspect. It is true to say that wealth is important to determine where one’s place is in the economy. Individuals should work towards investing their wealth in sectors where they could expand upon being wealthier. The modern world is built upon something similar and being cost efficient is one of the main ways to expand wealth.
