Executive Summary

My chosen career field of study is Business Administration and management. It is otherwise known as a business language. It is the process of managing a business or a non-profit organization in order for the company to remain stable and continue to grow effectively (Chisolm Hugh, ed 1911). Business administration is a broad and wide career. Despite its broadness, it has some major categories of careers namely; Administrative service manger, financial manager, Human resources manager, Medical and health service manager and Sales manager. I have chosen to be a financial manager as it’s relevant to what I want to do. Before I can be a financial manager I will need to build up and go according to my career ladder by first been a loan officer, an auditor, securities sales agent and a financial analyst before I can be a financial manager. As a freshman of Alabama State University studying business management, I aspire to do at least one or two internships before I earn my bachelor’s degree in business management and maybe also earn my masters degree in either finance or economics. A CFA institute confers the Chartered Financial Analyst certification and also the Association for financial professionals, these I will need to get to the top.
