NEW & UNIQUE IDEAS TO OFFSET GLOBAL CHALLENGES PURPOSE
The purpose of this note is to inform the Director of issues related to global challenges encountered by the postal administration. This report is critical of Canada Posts’ operations, infrastructure, products, services, and initiatives, in an effort to restrict the effect of the declining snail mail.
CURRENT SITUATION
Technology is effecting how Canadian communicate and it has a dramatic impact on the postal service. Businesses and residential consumers are relying on digital communication and snail mail is phasing out.

• Incorporating Service Ontario in the remote locations offer the crowns’ presence. Merging government services will allow all Canadian access to government services in one location, providing convenience and widespread access to all Canadian consumers.
• Dedicate a portion of the outlet into a community hub for public meetings (gatherings), public bulletin boards, with access to high-speed internet (Wi-Fi), computer, 3-D printing and phone services will be resourceful, create traffic and again groom the remote locations.
• Unused space within the outlets can be used as micro-warehouses where consumers can utilize the space to store for their future shipments and deliveries.
• Postal bank can allow residents and business in remote locations access to a bank, credit cards, loans, bonds, mortgages, create jobs, allow smaller businesses and group access to finance, enable stimulate and grow local smaller communities, and etc.,
