We wish to design a simulator which will allow people of any skill level to learn how to drive in a very safe environment, using real life feel driving simulators. We feel that the current system of Driver's Education could be forever changed. Once this idea has been laid out, the possibilities are virtually endless. We could simply use the devices to create a large-scale Driver's Education company implementing the machines to get people a semi-real feel of driving before they ever sit behind the wheel of a real automobile. We could also aim for a less involved strategy in which we produce and sell the machines to companies and even the general public to be used for entertainment purposes. This would not be the first of its kind; there are plenty of videogame simulators out there, but with the newest technology in video simulators as well as amusement park ride simulators combined for a very real to life experience we think that we would have found a true niche and could be quit successful.

... look out for high profile contacts and good image building activities especially due to the on going outsourcing concern. As community theatre boards include executive level staff these consulting companies could get high visibility and a sophisticated image by pairing up with something as ?cultured? as theatre. These companies can be requested by the boards of community theaters to sponsor the building and maintenance of the theatre websites in exchange for good PR and contacts.
Brown-Forman Corporation is one of the largest American companies in the wind and spirits industry, Fetzer Vineyards is their largest winemaker. Revenue and gross profit for the beverage segment of Brown-Forman were up 11% and 14%, respectively, in fiscal 2004. However, the growth was driven by the premium spirits brands, and the gross profit from the company’s wine brands declined due to a drop in volume for both Fetzer and Bolla wines. There are many symptoms for why this decline has occurred. Health consciousness is a rising trend among Americans of all ages and the latest crazes are the low-carbohydrate diets. Recently, Fetzer has introduced into the market two new low-carbohydrate wines, a chardonnay and a merlot. Their premium spirits brands have not been affected by the new diets because bourbon, whiskey, rum, gin, and vodka all contain no carbohydrates. However, most mixers used to accompany these spirits usually contain a significant amount of carbohydrates. Introducing these new wines could offer a new choice, but not a substitute, for many dieters and at the same time give Brown-Forman the lead in this new market.
In order to solve our research problem, we used a descriptive research design with two types of sample surveys that estimated the strength of competition, what attributes students value most in a haircut, and the potential effect of promotional tools on demand. The answers to our experiment will ultimately give us a general idea of how promotional tools will affect the demand of our target market, what our target market wants, and an overall sense of competition intensity.
The term marketing mix is used to describe the all the options available to the marketing manager in order to market a particular good or service. It is often referred to as the 4P’s(i.e Product, Place, Promotion, and Place)
Kudler Fine Foods has designed a market research plan that includes using data collection tools to assist them in determining and improving their level of customer service. The data the company collects from the research tools will help determine a future marketing plan that appropriately positions their product and resonates and connects with the customers Kudler is trying to attract. Each of the tools selected will provide Kudler with insight into the customer behavior and opinions of Kudler’s customer base as it relates to customer satisfaction. They intend to expand on their current survey materials to help quantify the areas that they will need to focus on to improve their service levels.

Self-driving cars are the wave of the future. There is much debate regarding the impact a self-driving car will have on our society and economy. Some experts believe fully autonomous vehicles will be on the road in the next 5-10 years (Anderson). This means a vehicle will be able to drive on the road without a driver or any passengers. Like any groundbreaking technology, there is a fear of the unforeseen problems. Therefore, there will need to be extensive testing before anyone can feel safe with a vehicle of this style on the road. It will also take time for this type of technology to become financially accessible to the masses, but again alike any technology with time it should be possible. Once the safety concern has been fully addressed

In today's very competitive marketplace a strategy that insures a consistent approach to offering a product or service in a way that will outsell the competition is critical. However, in concert with defining the marketing strategy it must also has a well defined methodology for the day to day process of implementing it. It is of little value to have a strategy if you lack either the resources or the expertise to implement it.
B2C stands for business to consumer market wherein businesses sell their product or services directly to customers for household or personal usage.
The adventure of driving a car for the first time is rapidly seizing to exist. We may never get that time with our kids, teaching them the thrill it is to drive. The experience we all remember shall die off with our generation; a sacrifice we have to make to ensure our lives are safer. The self-driving car is still not completely autonomous but significant progress has been made just in the last few years to make a fully self-driving car a reality. The history, mechanics and the future of the car all help lift this to the next level. The changes we would have to fully accept as our lives for once are not in our control but instead our lives are in the control of technology.
The senior management needs to involve all level of staff in decision-making processes. Importantly, they should be informed and assured of the strategies that the management is going to introduce and initiate on behalf of the organization. The equal opportunity of involvement and participation certainly develops the feeling of ownership. Armstrong (2006) points out that an ethical approach is based on high- commitment and high-involvement policies. As a result, the staffs suppose the effective implementation of the strategies framed out with their suggestions and consents as their responsibility and accountability, which in turn help the management concretize its targets.
Marketing is a fundamental aspect of all businesses, whether they are set out to make a profit, or charitable organisations - they will have to carry out marketing research of some description. It has been described as being, “the management process responsible for identifying, anticipating and satisfying customer requirements profitably.” (Chartered Institute of Marketing) This essay will explore the role of marketing in a marketing oriented business and different aspects of the external environment that a smartphone company should be aware of. The points raised throughout will be supported using relevant journals, textbooks and newspaper articles.
Before taking this course, marketing was all about product and the promotion of that product. I took a marketing course during my undergrad about 7 years ago that emphasized the 4 P’s. Building a strategy around promoting a product and/or service seemed to be the most fundamental concept of marketing to me. My narrow thinking soon changed after going into the workforce and after taking this course. Marketing is more than just telling potential and current consumers about your products and why they should buy it. Marketing truly encompasses all areas of business. A great marketing strategy needs to focus on all the new strategic marketing elements of positioning, product, logistics, price, integrated marketing communications, and service. It’s
