In present day all around the world, bribery involving the courts are a huge problem. Many people will bribe the judges to persuade the case in many ways. Others just want to have a better case for themselves. Many of the things that happen in bribery is the many elements to why it happens, why people do it, things put in place to solve the solutions, and what people want for later on. There are many elements that go into bribery throughout the whole process. People who bribe the court have a plan that follows the elements of bribery. The elements to people bribing the court is a time, usually a place, an elector, and item used (Todagia). First, judges accept bribes to announce a non-guilty verdict in a case (Bawaba). The judges that are creating an unfair trial to help better themselves. Bribery is not only a problem in the United States, it also happens throughout the world. Immigrants who have committed a crime is paying anywhere from $10,000-$12,000 to better the outcome of their cases (McIntosh). This shows that this is a frequent problem and judges receive multiple bribes to better people for the crime(s) they have committed. To help the solution to persuasion in court, the judges are starting to be put under suspicion for accepting bribes. Some IRB judges are starting to be under suspicion and closely monitored for accepting bribes possibly altering a court case (McIntosh). This shows that the court system is trying to fix the problem of unfairness, but have no evidence to support the claims. Many people think that the judge is being biased, this leading them to accepting bribes (Hutchinson). This shows that bribery is the problem and the people need a solution toward the problem. Many of the cases have been stop do to possible bribery. This solution is stopping a court case that is involving an accepted bribe (Todagia). This would stop the case completely and probably be moved to a different judge in the case. The common citizens would like there to be a law that would commit people of accepting bribes during a court trial. They would like there to be a case that would occur against bribery crimes that can affect the outcome of a trial (Todagia). This states that it would eliminate the people who are accepting the bribes to make a case not biased. Even the past court officials would like there to be a solution to persuasion in the courts. Past judicials and former attorneys would like there to be a bill passed that would punish the jurors who have accepted the bribes (Bawaba).
