Due to technology advancement there is competition within the car industry, especially between American car companies and European car companies. European car companies provide their buyers with innovative variety and revolutionary luxuries. European car technology is superior to American car technology due to their safety, entertainment, and luxury features.
In this case, managers need to be aware that their product is in high demand considering that their consumers are obtaining it, yet they need to understand that their primary consumers are poor. They could sell their products at an affordable price for their consumers in order to increase their sales.

The Mini also contributed to the revenue increase in 2001. BMW has current developments in their sports cars, the Z8. In the auto mobile sector, General Motors and Toyota are the two biggest player that rank in the world ranking of manufacturers (OICA, 2010). Toyota corporation faces prosecution for covering up severe safety problems with “unintended acceleration,”according to court documents, and continuing to make cars with parts the FBI said Toyota “knew were deadly” (Ross et al., 2015). The brakes of the vehicles are defect because it is unable to break when the pedal is press; besides that, another problem arises when the model vehicles that is equipped with keyless ignition cannot turn off their ignition even when the ignition buttons only requires 3 second to stop the engine due to the poor instruction manual that is not posted on a place that is visible to the driver in times of crisis (Ross et al., 2015). A disc brake consists of such a big amount of materials disk secured to the wheel hub and a stationary housing known as caliper. The caliper is connected to some stationary half of the vehicle just like the shaft soliding or the stub shaft as is cast in 2 components every part containing a piston. In between every piston and therefore the disc there's a friction pad control in position by retentive pins, spring plates etc. The passages also are connected to a different one for injury every cylinder contains rubber-sealing ring between the cylinder and piston[4].
