The Boxer, and the American Staffordshire Terrier; have some similarities, but are different in many ways as to their ancestry, appearance, and health.

It is often said that a dog is a man’s best friend. In the last 14,000 years, dogs have accompanied man by helping him hunt, guard, and protect. In our modern world, dogs help us combat in war, search-and-rescue, guide the blind, deaf, discapacitated, rehabilitate patients in therapy, aid law enforcement, and are part of our family as beloved pets (Coren). Although canine superstars such as Lassie, Old Yeller, and Rin Tin Tin portray the perfect dog we all want in our lives, these ideals are far from the truth. Many first-time dog owners expect dogs to know behaviors such as how to walk on a leash, not bite, not destroy the house, and in addition to many others.
Another location that your puppy could have been born at is a breeder. This is a more humane location for your puppy to have been born. When adopting a puppy you should avoid going to a pet store because most pet stores receive their puppies from puppy mills; inhumane and overpopulated puppy breeding places. The term puppy mill is used quite frequently when discussing animal cruelty. This term does not have a specific dictionary definition.
Research Paper Everyone should have heard this phrase that dog is man’s best friend. We live with them, love them, and take good care of them. When people talk about dog breed, the advantages and disadvantages of purebred dogs is always a controversial issue. Lots of people like purebred dogs because they are beautiful and cute; some people prefer crossbred dogs because they believe purebred dogs usually have genetic disease. Indeed, many evidence and research show that purebred dogs are easier to have genetic disease, and many purebred dogs die from incurable genetic disease every year.
Lots of physical conditioning of the animal, minute and precise grooming to make the dog look good, a strong bonding with it so that it obeys implicitly during the show is important. The dog must understand the commands of the handler and he in turn must be capable of bringing out the best in his dog. A dog gets only a few minutes within the show ring, and if the handler is inattentive or careless then the best dog may lose. For the amateur, there are two kinds of shows, those shows that are run by other pet lover groups and those run by The American Kennel Club. The Kennel Club has granted some shows special status i.e the winners of these shows will get points that add up in the eventual choosing of the Dog of the Year.
