Has boredom ever been so bad that it lead to death? In fact no one has died from the actual state of boredom. People without ennui are at a higher chance of harming themselves or others. Boredom is one key factor in the human brain. Decisions are harder to make without it. Boredom is usually considered egregious, but is it really that bad to your body. When you have nothing to do your body is able to rest besides a portion of your brain. This part of your brain is not used during the day but its used for creativity, imagination, and memories.
