This venom is one thousand times more powerful than cyanide! The blue-ringed octopus works by paralyzing the muscles of their prey, or whoever they feel threatened by. Most victims die of lack of oxygen, or upper respiratory attack. A victim can be saved if hooked up to life support right away.
