Throughout history, there have been great leaders, some for the good of humanity, and some for the not-so good of humanity. The one element all leaders have in common is in some way, have changed the course of history. The one great leader I have found to be interesting and envision of a great leader is William Bradford, an original passenger on the Mayflower, and the first ever governor elected on what is to become, American Soil.
When others didn't accept, receive, or help those in need, Saint Teresa did. I admire her greatly for her acts of selflessness, humility, and charity. Additionally, what I find most interesting about Saint Teresa's life is how Jesus called her to serve on September 10, 1946, during a train ride for her annual retreat. On that day, Jesus revealed His pain at the human neglect of the poor, His sorrow at their ignorance of Him, and His yearning desire for their love. Jesus himself asked Saint Teresa to establish a religious community dedicated to the service of the poor.
There are a ton of men who have changed the world in the past and now days. Some of the most impactful men who changed the world spiritually were reformers. They stood up for what they believed in and wouldn’t back down no matter what. They were persecuted, made fun, out casted, and put in jail with a trail. Some of these incredible men are George Wishart, Thomas Bilney, and Ulrich Zwingli.
Many people from the past have made an impact on the world we live in today. The person the most impact on the world, in my opinion, would be Sojourner Truth. Sojourner Truth was a human rights activist. She stood up for what she believed in, and that was really inspiring. I choose Truth because she was mainly known for being a women’s rights activist. In her time women did not have any rights. Truth was brave, loud in the sense that she spoke her mind, smart, and powerful. Now I will tell you about her life and legacy.
Martin Luther King Jr. was one of the most insparational world leaders that taught me to go after my dreams and that I have the power to change a whole generation. When you put your mind to it, you have the power to do anything that you dream of.

an individual who inspires me is Audrey Hepburn, best known for her role in "Breakfast at Tiffany's." Behind her pretty looks and her movie star career, many people aren't aware that Audrey Hepburn was a great humanitarian that had important role in UNICEF, The United Nations Children's Fund. Her acts of generosity and kindness demonstrated that a big name in Hollywood could be more than just a pretty face. Many people do not know that Audrey Hepburn was a goodwill ambassador of UNICEF.
