The Bible has very complex issues that covers every day struggles. We as Christians use the Bible as a guide to life. In its simplicity, do what’s right, love one another and be the person you can be. We look at God for insight, no matter how big or how small the issue is, he always has the answer. The topic of how life began comes across everyone’s mind, no matter what religious affiliation you choose to follow. Some people believe it was a person, but others believe it was a simple object. Genesis chapter one and two give us a firm foundation and understanding on how life became to be.

“God is love” (First John 4:8), was the first Bible verse I was able to recite. God gave me hope to continue to live; he gave me purpose. My faith has been tested like any Christian, but the origins of the universe has never been a doubtful question in my mind. Growing up in a public school system, I had many atheists tell me my religion was faulty. As a young girl, having theories being taught as ultimate reasoning, I became frustrated. My God did what he wanted us to live. He gave us life and a place to be, until we have fulfilled his plan, then we go home with him. Anyone can be saved by our creator, but they have to acknowledge him and ask for forgiveness. The Bible states, “So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven, but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven” (Matthew 10:32-33, ESV) If we deny Jesus, he will deny us in front of God, which gives us disastrous outcomes. Jesus died on the cross for everyone’s sins. I believe it is our duty to acknowledge him and bring the unsaved to love and get to know him.
