Beyonce Knowles is a 20 time Grammy winner, has had twenty two songs on the top chart, recorded six albums, a spokesperson for many brands and has over one hundred million fans. She is also known as “Queen B”. Beyonce is a feminist empowerment idol and believes in equality for all people, and she embodies a phenomenal role model for girls, and even some boys too all over the world. Born in Houston, Texas her parents Tina and Mathew Knowles always wanted the best for her. They were the biggest social influence on her. Beyonce always loved to sing, she practiced all the time at home; by the time she was in the third grade she knew she wanted to be a professional singer. Her parents decided to do everything they could to help their daughter accomplish this goal. Her father, Mathew played a huge role in Beyoncé’s success. He had formed a six girl singing group called “Girl Tyme” before the amazing phenomenon “Destiny’s Child”. Every time Beyonce performed as a child she got closer and closer to her . Beyoncé’s parents had her back from the very start and always stood by the decisions she made for her career even when she was so young. However, it wasn’t all fun and games for her. She didn’t get to do the things her friends were. She had absolutely no time for friends, boys, or even school anymore. She believes in the black lives matter march, feminism, and equality for all. Shes regaured as the biggest pop icon of all time, so clearly she is influential and fans look up to her. Beyonce however doesn’t really believe in religion, she was raised as a methodist though. As a methodist her and her family thought that god was a huge and essential part in her life. Beyonce happens to display her culture in many ways as well.
