The debate over whether to use the best-in-breed approach or the best-in-suite approach has been a long one. In the case of those who support a best-in-suite approach, the assumption is that the suite approach can handle both current and future needs, either because those needs are relatively static or because the chosen suite is sufficient and adaptable to future expectations. On the other hand those who support a best-in-breed approach believe that it offers a superior functionality and integrations than the best of suite. For example, a cardiology system is a great example of when to use best-of-breed. Cardiology is a specialized area so a system for cardiology will need an application that focus solely on creating functionality in the areas important to cardiology. Whereas with an ER hospital system a best-of-suite is the better option, in an ER you will have multiple specialty area work together in one facility so they will need an application that is broader and can stretch across an entire system. The first laboratory information systems (LIS) were derived from diagnostic instrument vendors who developed software applications to manage the orders and results that were run on the instrumentation. In terms of the current state of healthcare information technology, LIS have become more sophisticated; in addition, enterprise vendors that previously focused on providing solutions at the hospital level have also begun to offer LIS, adding more options to the selection process. Although there are many factors to take into consideration when selecting an LIS, it is necessary to focus on a few key capabilities to decide whether to choose a best-of-suite or a best-of-breed LIS. Concerning Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE), CPSI System had the broadest reach in community hospitals; nevertheless, the software was missing functionality and usability (KLSA Enterprises, 2010, p. 6). He is speaking from the heart and telling the nation that he has a “DREAM.” Dr. King had a dream and as most people think that it is geared towards blacks and whites, it’s not. Dr. King wanted equality between everybody. He wanted freedom from racism and prejudice throughout the nation. He was very good in getting the emotional perspective of persuasion across to his audience. King was a very inspirational man; his words were so true and full of meaning. He spoke to everyone and got everybody involved. This is why people followed him and why I think this is the most persuasive piece we have read. He not only implies his wants but he carries along with him the wants and needs of every man or woman ever treated poorly because of the color of their skin or their beliefs. Richard Florida focused on social and economic theories, which has developed a popular reputation in many cities today where the creative class has been adopted. This new class of Americans emerged after Richard Florida debuted his book The Rise of the Creative Class: And How it’s Transforming Work, Leisure, Community and Everyday Life in 2002. My name is David Brown and I am the starting quarterback for the Nittany Lions here a Penn State University. I am writing to you on behalf of my fellow intercollegiate athletes, because I feel as though we are being used. Each year my Penn State teammates and I, as well as other high-profile college teams generate millions of dollars in revenue, yet we do not get paid for our services. Millions of dollars are made every year from food, drinks, tickets, and merchandise sales because of our strenuous work, not to mention the billions of dollars made from selling TV rights to our games to major networks. Intercollegiate sports are a big business in which the players are “slave laborers.” I am not suggesting that we be given an annual salary, but I feel that we should be given stipend or some financial assistance in addition to scholarship money.
When a student gets out of college the game plan is supposed to be, get a job in the field that you went to school for and make money so you can start your life. That particular situation is rare considering not all students get a job fresh out of college. For the students that don’t, they have to go back home and settle for a regular job and start paying off their giant student loans and put their life on hold. Even with having the job they wanted the student loans come right around the corner. After college is when the student’s life is supposed to start and the part where you get a car payment, pay rent, utilities, but none of that is possible when you add the enormous amount of money that the student will be in debt by. With the amount the students have to pay fresh out of college, more students are sacrificing more time struggling to pay off the student loans then they spent in school. Student loans are set-up in a way to be flawed and not always completely necessary to the student.

Creativity, it’s a broad topic of just new things and ideas among people. The definition of creativity is the use of the imagination or original ideas, especially in the production of an artistic work. PBS describes creativity as, “The new ideas and new connections between ideas, and ways to solve problems in any field or realm of our lives. The concept of creativity is often hard to grasp because creativity isn 't a tangible thing its just and idea. Also, because it’s hard to differ between a truly original idea and an idea that is just shaped from others. With all this being said, it can be hard to figure out where creativity comes from.
