• Market share
The new branch is expected to gain considerable market share upon inception owing to the fact that the industry is not saturated with competitors.
• Revenues and costs
Global Vegan wills primary derive its revenue from sale of the vegetarian products. Revenue projections rely on 2015 sales as recorded by companies in the comparable market. However, the revenues are expected to exceed the competitor’s level as the business gains popularity. On the other hand, Global Vegan is projected to be very efficient and therefore the costs must be kept at reasonable levels so as the ultimate objectives can be reached within the set timeline. Further, technologies that lead to cost reduction will also be sought.
• Profitability
The overall profitability shall be maximized through improving operational efficiency such that the operational costs are kept at minimal levels. On the other hand, the level of sales will form an important part of profit maximization and therefore shall be kept on high levels.
