Intermittent fasting is fasting periodically using different methods. This fasting method is practiced by most people to lose weight. Today in this globalized world, the problem associated with gaining weight is a big issue. There are so many diet systems to lose weight, yet the most effective diet systems are exercising and eating the right food. Eating the right food plays an important role to lose weight, but fasting will be much more effective for weight loss, for spiritual feeling, and for general well-being.
Food is more available than ever before. People are not only eating three times per day. They always have snacks or juices between meals. Eating too much and too frequently will result in unwanted weight gain, eventually leading to obesity. Fasting is very important to balance weight and to keep healthy.
