(609) Mr. Garrison stopped by the desk this afternoon and wanted to let us know about an awful smell in his room. Mr. Garrison was not overly upset but did ask to move rooms. The guest stated that his room smelled very musty. Brandon apologized and moved the guest from 609 to 1502. Mr. Garrison was very happy to moved to the 15th floor. Holloway reported toilet was overflowed. Josh was called to check it. We apologized and moved guest from 1621 to 1616. Amenity and card were sent up.
