The way that this is going to be achieved is by incorporating two drills into his workout. Shooting in basketball is an area that is improved threw repetition coupled with an improvement of mechanics. To improve on this aspect, we will be doing a shoot around starting at 100 shots, working our way up to 300 shots for any given session. While doing this shoot around I will be makes minute changes to his shooting form to maximize his shooting percentage. Passing is another area that will needs to be worked on, to do this the will be four pass that will be incorporated into his workout they are: Chest Pass, Bounce Pass, Overhead Pass, Wrap Around Pass. These passing will be done from a distance between 10 and 25 feet to a given point at different angles, complete three sets of ten of each type of
