Have you ever thought about being a basketball player? If so basketball players half to have these things to be able to be a consistent and a good player which are the following, rebounding, blocking out, teamwork, passing, communication and focusing. You will see some of these things that you use in normal life not just sports including focus, communication, and listening.

In basketball one of the most important things you half to have is focus. The meaning of working as a team is passing the ball and working the ball around and get other people open for better shots instead of forcing shots. Teamwork is also not just offense it’s also on defense to being in help incase your teammate gets beat. One other thing that is one of the top most important thing to me is communication. Communication is the most important. If you don’t communicate in the sport of basketball there will be problems, the coach will be mad at you, and as well as the players because if you play defense and if they get around you and they get a winning basket, so communicating is so important in basketball.

Many of you know if you play basketball that is it important to use your teammates and listen to your coach , not just be a ball hog the whole time and take shots that don’t need to be taken. If the team is running a play and coach says hit a certain person or look for a certain teammate in the play and you don’t you, you just shoot it will be the one getting in trouble in the game not anyone else. It is always important to work as a team and make the game as fun as it can, because it could be over before you know it and you can be out for a season or more than a season if you hurt yourself so you would want to end a game in a good
