1.0. PURPOSE
1.1. BACKGROUND
OPEN UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA (OUM) is an OUM is owned by a consortium of the first eleven Malaysian public universities and as such have access to renowned subject-matter-experts (SMEs) to develop their learning materials, to supervise and where appropriate to serve as tutors and facilitators. These universities have the program which have the few similar program with have been offered in University Technology Mara (UITM)The program which has in OPEN UNIVERSITY (OUM) is a Bachelor of Information Technology and Management with Honors. It is programmes which have aims to equip graduates with the necessary knowledge in management and information technology.
Besides that, in University Technology Mara (UITM) which have program Bachelor of Science Information System Management (Hons).This program recognizes information as a strategic resources. It aims to educate and train students with knowledge and skills in managing information. It involves analyzing, designing, developing, and managing different types of information systems to identify, acquire, organize, store, and retrieve and disseminate information for strategic and competitive users.
1.2 .ISSUES AND PROBLEMS
This program which has been offered in OUM is programs which have always been updates of their detail. This programme is unique because it is the first programme offered as a double major in the faculty. However, information provided on the website of the participating universities is limited. They only state a few information about this program.

3.2 RATIONALE
In our entire act, they must their rationale why we want do that. As a recommendation, I want to give the rationale why the fees must be affordable to student who wants to further study. When, the fees offered affordable to the student, probably more students who want to pursue their study more easily.

In the business world today, technology is becoming an essential staple. Every big business relies on it one way or another. More importantly than just technology itself, the use of management information systems is what guides a company in terms of catering to its customers and knowing what moves to make next. My interest in Information Systems Management was drawn when I was working on my final year project at Maharashtra Institute of Technology under the able guidance of the head of the Computer Engineering department. Professor R. K. Bedi’s support provided a much needed boost to my confidence in my programming skills.
