Most of the times much different type of medicines got merged with one another and it’ll consume lots of time if we separate it manually plus it also affects it sanitary. Project Goals We intends to plan, design, construct and implement such kind of automatic sorting system that sorts out mixed medicines separately into different vessels. The machine will not only sort medicine with respect to its color but shape and weight also. One more goal we want to achieve is to make the manufacturing process of a medicine more hygienic and germs free. The vision of the project is to increase efficiency and service levels of pharmaceutical firms. Scope In/Scope Out In Scope • All type of sizes, shapes and medicine should be predefined in the database. • Predefined incident management reporting will be available. • Predefined change management reporting will be available. • System should be smart enough to work without human interference. Out Scope • Hopper unit should be filled with mixed medicines by a worker. • Service Request reporting will not be available during this phase.
