Project control mechanisms
The entire project people will be divided into a number of teams and each team will be monitored by the expert persons in the areas. In this way, the quality standard could be maintained efficiently and the organizational goal of the project could be achieved easily. As the project will be developed through various stages hence after the completion of each stage the progress report will be analyzed by the project head and necessary actions will be taken to facilitate the easy growth of the project (Saadé, Dong, & Wan, 2015).
11. Project governance strategy
The project will be governed by the top officials of Australia Post as being a crucial project the future business transactions will be derived from it. The success of the project would bring more opportunities for Australia Post and it can invest in more development projects in the near future (Thomas, Jacques, Adams, & Kihneman-Wooten, 2008). While maintaining the quality Australia post needs to concentrate on two areas. The first area is the quality maintenance of the website platform that the
The relationship between the TTA and vendors during the project were also not very good. This, furthermore contributed to the delay of the project (Arthur Tatnall Victoria, 2013; Arthur Tatnall Victoria, 2013). According to the case, there were a lot of issues which lead to potential failures. Right from beginning, the project cost analysis and the estimated duration was too optimistic. Followed by, the tender system, vendor management, change management, project midway-assessment and so on, nothing of these were managed well. This report will discuss through each focus area of IT governance (Victorian Ombudsman, 2011).
Case study material had been found and investigated but financial benefits were difficult to assess, as there was nothing to compare them to. Weather and climate are immensely influential forces in every society, and central Australia demonstrates this nicely. Throughout history, the influence of weather has been evident. The aborigines, European settlers and modern Australians all had or have to negotiate the impacts of weather in their daily lives. The respective cultures of the aborigines and the Europeans are products of weather and worked together to create modern society in Australia. The modern culture has been produced by a combination of cultural and climatic forces and has changed over time as the different groups within it influenced each other. The cultural aspects that I will focus on in this paper are food and clothing. Both have been carefully shaped by cultural and climatic aspects over time, and demonstrate how the aborigines and European settlers influenced each other.

Project control should be a fact finding and remedial action process to predict what may happen in the future and take corrective action to meet project outcomes (Cleland & Ireland 2002, p. 319). Benefits of project monitoring and control are measuring the status of the project during the life cycle and assessment of success at completion of the project (Cleland & Ireland 2002, p.
This paper will reflect on the different uses of Project Risk Management and ways in which it can benefit organizations to have the ability to identify potential problems prior to the problem occurring. Risk, this is not something to be taken lightly whilst dealing with matters that include high end projects meeting specific details, deadlines and expectations for the end client. Project risk management teaches one to be aggressive early on in the phases of planning and implementing the tools for a project. This is usually easier as costs are less and the turnaround time to solve the issues at that present moment is beneficial rather than later. The result in a successful project for one’s self and other key people involved in the process is also another requirement. Stakeholder satisfaction is important because the

The project team worked to avoid the possibility of scope creep by having a well defined and agreed set of deliverables. Both BECA and AAL produced a project delivery methodology report which highlighted six other key objectives;
The project success can be considered as the accomplishment of a specific mix of desired goals and subjective measures listed out in the success criteria and evaluated at the end of the project. Achieving the company’s objectives has led to the quest for the success in projects that in turn prompted to formulate the factors that can lead to the success of the project. (Terry Cooke-Davies, 2002) ascertained that the factors are the inputs of a system that can lead to the success and the criteria as a measure of the tasks that must be carried out to determine the project success or failure, which in turn make the project acceptable to the client. In other words, the criterion sets the standards to test the project while the factors lead to the
When planning a new project, how the project will be managed is one of the most important factors. The importance of a managers will determine the success of the project. The success of the project will be determined by how well it is managed. Project management is referred to as the discipline that entails the processes of carefully planning, organizing, controlling, and motivating the organization resources so as to foster and facilitate the achievement of specific established and desired goals and meet the specific criteria of success required in the organization (Larson, 2014). Over the course of this paper I will be discussing and analyzing the importance of project management.
