Athletic trainers help those who get hurt in sports of any athletic activities. Athletic trainers “are highly qualified, multi-skilled healthcare professionals who collaborate with physicians to provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions”("Becoming an Athletic Trainer - CAATE"). Then they do two to three back to back sessions, then they go over notes for the next customers, some athletic trainers have three or more sessions(Houston). On school days some athletic trainers work five hours or more. When people are on summer break they can usually work up to nine hours. The best part of the day for some athletic trainers is to be in a relationship with your customers. If you don't have your own gym the hardest part of your job might be the traveling place to place for your sessions. When you are an athletic trainer you get life insurance, health insurance, and retirement plans.
