This research paper will explore the history,controversial aspect ,people involed and possible solution. What is textbook censorship? It is something that happen to undemocratic countries. Although it happens more in American schools. According to textbooks and censorship it states"Behind textbooks controversies are beliefs and values that encomposs more than curriculm". Many parents and public schools are involved in this due to them having to keep pressing about the disapprove of language or ideas that differ from their personal value.
According to Censor goes to schools, schools are involved because of the difficulty they have protecting parents and students. Parents are invloved because its their child educating that is being hinder. Parents are also involved because it can change the act of their child . For example if a child is reading something violent it can influence them to wanna do the same thing which causes the parent to be affected.
The community is also involved in this because if the books are not right or beneficial to them they should not be reading. This can also affect the community because whatever a child learn in school they use it outside of school . Another thing is banning so many textbooks can make our community and school system look bad.
