People should be paid a given wage or salary for a job well done regardless of gender because statistically men and women are heads of household equally and have similar financial obligations, a woman pays as much for her education at comparable levels as men counterparts, and possible upper management incentives to attract more men to certain jobs is discriminatory and may exclude better candidates just because they are women.
