Many students graduate from college school with a nice degree, as well as a huge debt, and for the most part, not all finish their careers. Some students do not have the right amount of money to continue with their education that they decide to work. Yet are this jobs any better than having a degree? I doubt so. Undergraduates tend to drop out and live on a day to day paycheck that does not cover every one of their needs. Therefore, College should be free for all. So students can have the opportunity to graduate debt free, and start fueling the economy.
First of all, more individuals would attend college if it were free, which means that America would have a greater number of college educates. Nearly 40 percent of working-aged Americans now hold a college degree, according to a new report from the Lumina Foundation. Statics also show that by 2012, 39.4 percent of Americans between 20-60 years of age held a a two year college degree. The percentages of graduates by race stand by, 27.6 percent of blacks, 23.4 percent of Native Americans and 19.8 percent of Latinos, holding at least a two-year degree, compared to 43.9 percent of whites and 59.4 percent of Asians. Imagine if college was free and all that students would have to pay for was their supplies. America
