Their are dog parks everywhere and there should be more just for the fact that in some place the people built the parks. The people had a meeting about what to do if they should or shouldn't build in certain areas but there should be a lot more dog parks.
The people say its to loud because the dogs are barking well their bark can be between 75-100 decibels. The dogs could hurt someone so thats unsafe and if that happeneds there could be a lawsuit against the owner of the dog also can sue the city for not enforcing the law or if there are more laws about the situation. People say the taxpayers shouldn't have to pay alot of money to build it.

Since there is an overpopulation of dogs in the United States of America shelters are overcrowded and are unable to help all the animals. To make room for more they euthanize some old ones to make room for the new ones. Also if there is an overpopulation in puppy mills some of them let the dogs go astray with no shots or anything. There could be a stray dog in your neighborhood with diseases and they could attack you at any moment. Dogs deserve to run around and be free without a leash holding them back. Dogs deserve to have a chance to go further then what their leash allows them to. Pet dogs should be allowed to have their space where their owners can take them, so they are not in just an empty lot or on the streets possibly causing injury to a nearby resident or themselves. Back in 2013, researchers did a report of owners who left their dogs in shelters, which resulted in 65% of people who say they left their pets in a shelter due to bad behavior. If dog parks were available to residents, there would be less dogs in shelters, fewer bite reports from dogs, and less bad behavior from dogs in general.
Before the revenue brought into the state from these national parks made most of the money for the state as a whole, but considering the visiting rates for all of these parks have significantly lowered, their is no benefit to keeping them anymore. Allowing companies to work on the parks would bring more jobs to the state, and in so bring more money, other than the parks just costing money due to maintenance.
