Apple is one of the leading brands of technological devices, which is headquartered in California. It invents and sells both hardware and software products. The well-known hardware products include iPhone the smartphone, iPad the tablet, Mac the computer, and iPod the media player; and the famous software includes iOS system, iTunes, Safari, and iCloud. There is no doubt that Apple has been paying loads of effort behind its succeed, and the factors will be investigate below.

Some experts in smartphones said iPhone are being less and less creative on designing the new phones, and no special features either. It have blamed on Steve Jobs passed away. If Apple need to keep its market leadership, it must have some change on both the hardware and software. First, there should be some breakthrough on their devices, the outlook of iPhone should imitate the market flow. Global market is giving pressure on China to stop maintaining a lower rate of production, especially what happened in Foxcon, a production factory in China, as the labours’ human right have been violated by the company and what worsen the supply chain is the Foxcon is the main producer of Apple products. Once the externalities between demand and supply are bigger and bigger and supply chain cannot solve the problem, Apple might not able to enjoy the cost advantages they used to experiences. To solve this problem, Apple should find a new place or an emerging factory (manufactories cities/countries) in order to keep its production cost low.
