In 1750 political liberalism, the enlightened age, Infrastructure, and the economic climate allowed Great Britain to seek new job opportunities and exploit new business ideas. In addition, literacy, public education and the middle class was rising immensely. Concepts like partnerships and selling shares were introduced during this time period. The process of the Industrial Revolution was rapid in Western Europe however, by the 1900 all of Europe was involved. Over all, the effects of the revolution changed the way materials are transported, how products are made, on a global basis.The Industrial Revolution was a critical turning point in European history because the changes made are integral in the modern age.
In the 19th centuries, during the transformation of the Americas’ economy, one of the major influences that had fueled the change was advancement and discovery of new technology. There were inventions of new products. Technological ideas the fastened the change in economy were ideas of iron and steel productions also referred to as the “Bessemer Process.” Another thing that raised the speed of the growth was construction of Railroads. This spurs development. Another item that also sped up the process was the discovery of oil.
This change increased the production capacity of industry and made more finished goods available on a national and global scale. The new nationwide network of railways provided for the transport of raw materials to industrial sites and the subsequent distribution of finished goods throughout the nation. Inventors and innovators developed new products, while business mass-produced large quantities of these products. Bankers and investors accumulated large sums of money in order for these businesses to have the financial capabilities to expand their business. Immigrants flocked to America to participate in the American dream of a good life.
The Industrial Revolution had produced new inventions and methods of production. American inventors helped to transform the United States economy with new innovations of their own. This rapid evolution of manufacturing and upgraded farming had an extreme effect on society in America. This change is something that historians refer to as the Market Revolution. It is shown in this paper that the lives of the working class changed significantly.

The Industrial Revolution was favorable to the American colonies by bringing the factory system to America, supplying more employment which increased urban growth, and raising the national economy. The factory system was the key to the industrial revolution. The factory system was a combination of Humans and new technology. New technology was arriving every day.
The Gilded Age served an enormously critical role in shaping the American economy throughout the 18th and 19th centuries. Manufacturing needs from the Civil War, advances in science and technology shifted the American economy into industrialization. Cities quickly became flooded with immigrants and workers from every corner of the country, creating a pool of cheap labor. Railways expanded massively, connecting the nation’s major cities and generating a nationwide marketplace for business to compete. A combination of industrialization, technology, and urbanization transformed the standard of living.
The invention of the nineteenth century was a time of innovation, improving, and rapid growth. Inventions during the 1800’s changed American life. It improved the middle and upper class but had a negative effect on the lower class. The new transportation, new manufacturing, and new communications transformed many lives. First of all, the explosion of new inventions caused a major change in American history; this event was called the Industrial Revolution.
Additionally, this was a major stepping stone for the US government and the society because he was a major change that showed the US is growing rapidly and will become one of the world’s top powers. The power of the US was able to grow and expand in the time during the Industrial Revolution that made it the most powerful country in the world. The US was dealing with the issue as a quickly growing nation that was ever expanding. The process that was occurring was making the US powerful. This was a different time for the US and they were going to become a world empire which was uncharted territory for the US.
Because of all the variables and factors of the time, the world was ready for a new era, a modern era that advanced the world far beyond expectations. The Romantic Era was a time of innovation, social struggles, and major changes in industry and society, all due to Industrialization. One of the most important was all of the innovation that occurred. The Romantic era saw a series of economic and technological changes, originally and principally in England, which were later designated by the term “Industrial Revolution”. This term would forever hold true, as europe became the “industrial cradle” of the world.
